Analytics is provided by Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), which may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards. When you submit the contact form, the content of your enquiry is also sent, solely to notify our staff, to Resend, Inc. Under the GDPR you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@trp.international. We reply within one month; where a request is complex this period may be extended, and we will tell you if that happens. Some rights are limited where the data is covered by professional privilege or where we are required by law to retain it.
The website works over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to correspondence and case materials is limited to the lawyers and staff working on the matter; everyone involved is bound by professional confidentiality and by confidentiality undertakings.
The website is addressed to business and adult users. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 16 through the website.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you additional rights over your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross–context behavioural advertising, and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise any right under the CCPA/CPRA — including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, or to correct it — write to contact@trp.international; we will respond within the time limits set by that law.
We may update this policy; the current version and its date are always published on this page. Where changes are material we will make this clear on the website.
